I have a magnolia tree that was looking like it needed some TLC plus I wanted some advice about my crepe myrtle so I called Eric for a consultation (I had received an advertisement in the mail). Eric set up an appointment for the following day. Eric did not try to oversell me anything and could have definitely taken advantage of my naivety. He returned two days later to trim at least 25% of my tree down due to wind damage from previous storms and told me that he did not want to do anything to the crepe myrtle for two years. He won’t cut down a healthy tree but will explain just what needs to be done. I love the guy! Nobody else will touch any of my trees. Mr. Timber is polite, prompt, and professional. Mr. Timber showed up the same day I left a message about a dying Camphor tree. He came by and answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable quote for downing the tree, grinding the stump, and hauling all debri. He and his team cut down two trees in our yard. What a fantastic experience! They were very communicative and prompt. They did a wonderful job, cut down 2 trees and trimmed numerous others. They even did some additional work they felt necessary. I have beautiful old grandfather oaks and I wanted someone who was an arborist and would take good care of them and give me good advice. They also cleaned up after themselves very well.
